3 – Atomic Habit

This book is about building a habit by decreasing the frictions of repeating it, vice versa. Regular practice makes a habit.

The insight here is, if you want to achieve your goal, you’d better make regular practice a habit. Instead of constantly feeding yourself with motivation, you can make your habit painless by building a powerful instant gratification system. A no-brainer rewarding system will keep you stay on track of becoming better.

So, don’t go with no pain no gain, make a no-brainer, auto-tracking, instant rewarding and punishing system. Make your actions happen again and again.

Love this book. It gives many more practical tips.
